Goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Returns are
subject to a $20.00 handling/sterilization/restocking fee.

Goods should be returned by Express post. Please keep your express post receipt as proof of return and will enable us to
locate the package should it become lost.

Wig returns will not be accepted if they have been damaged or have been worn.

All returns must be in their original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.

we require a note explaining why wig is being returned. no refunds will be issued without a note

Any faulty wigs will be refunded in full
